Breiholz was selected as the general contractor for the multi-phase remodel of the Holiday Inn Mercy Campus. This project consisted of three phases; the Lobby area, dining and bar area, commercial kitchen, and banquet rooms. Include in the scope of work was the coordination of the fire sprinkler and emergency generator for the facility. The project was phased to eliminate any closure of public spaces at any one time. The total space remodeled was over 146,000 sq ft of space and was completed in three phases over 24 months. Breiholz’s field staff self-performed 25% of the total project.
