General Contracting

Breiholz Construction turns your ideas, vision, and project plans into a solid building beneath your feet. As your general contractor, we work closely with your design and preconstruction team to safely and efficiently execute your plan. Breiholz Construction offers general contracting services for bid and negotiated bid projects.

Construction Management

As your Construction Manager, Breiholz Construction will act on your behalf as a liaison with the project’s design firm, contractors, and subcontractors. Our team of industry experts will provide project coordination, administration, value engineering, and overall project management to ensure your project is completed on-time and on budget.

Design Build

In the role of design-builder on a project, we contract with and supervise the efforts of the design team, as well as any subcontractors. Working collaboratively with firms selected to be part of the design-build team, Breiholz will provide pre-construction services including establishment of budget, value engineering, code review and scheduling, among other tasks throughout the design phase.

Pre-Construction Services

Breiholz Construction believes that preconstruction is an investment that shows in the construction of any project. Our team will be involved in the early stages of the design process allowing us to provide valuable insight into the planning, design and budgeting phase.
