St John Lutheran first selected Breiholz Construction for the restoration and remodel of the sanctuary in 1998. The entire sanctuary was engrossed with scaffolding and new panels were placed in the ceiling. All the woodwork was restored. The new pipe organ was installed at the south end of the sanctuary. Breiholz has also completed other projects on-site with the renovation of the Neumann Center, the courtyard renovation, and various code-related projects.
