Located in an urban area of Urbandale, this facility sits on 9 acres in a completely wooded area. The building has a walk out patio on the southeast corner. The interior is an open office environment in the middle and private offices on the sides. The design of the facility, a prairie feel design, enclosed the exterior of the elevator shaft to replicate the look of a fireplace. Natural light is utilized throughout the building.
