Upon completing the EY project, Breiholz was selected for the two-floor remodel of Bradshaw Fowler Proctor and Fairgrave at 801 Grand Ave. This project created some obstacles in pre-construction but through careful planning with the owner’s representative, SVPA, and Breiholz Construction the project went very smoothly. The project consisted of a “facelift” in the offices but the public areas were remodeled. Through mindful planning, 11 phases, sections of the office were restricted for construction only. The project was completed during regular office hours with a few off hour time frames. The project size was 28,000 sq ft with a budget of $890K. The timeframe was 6 months, starting in October of 2016, ending in April of 2017.
