In 2004 Breiholz completed the first of multiple projects for the Gabus Automotive group. The relationship continued throughout the next 10 years with work at Charles Gabus Ford and then at the Toyota of Des Moines facility. In 2013 Breiholz completed a multilevel addition to the Toyota service bay facility. With the completion, Toyota technicians were able to service an additional 22 automobiles, two paint booths, two wash bays, and multiple storage mezzanines.
