Owner: Des Moines Metro Opera

In March of 2018, Des Moines Metro Opera chose Breiholz Construction for the restoration, renovation, and addition of their office located in Indianola. The project includes a restoration of the existing 1903 Carnegie Library, 4800 sq ft. Our field staff strategically removed a portion of the north wall. During the demolition, a transit light was exposed and restored. The exterior of the addition has a 20 ft high curtain wall system exposing the interior.
